Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Body Shop Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing customer bookings, and ensuring seamless communication with insurance companies, workshop staff, and management.

Responsibilities
  • Manage customer bookings and appointments
  • Liaise with insurance companies, workshop staff, and management to ensure efficient communication
  • Handle phone, email, and in-person enquiries from customers
  • Utilize job cards and administrative systems to track customer information and progress
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including filing and completion of paperwork
Requirements
  • Experience in the automotive Body Shop sector is preferred, but not essential
  • Motor trade service advisor experience is beneficial, but not required
  • Customer service experience is essential, with a focus on delivering exceptional service
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
Benefits
  • Competitive basic salary of £30,000
  • Bonus scheme worth up to £8,000 per year
  • Monday to Friday, 8am - 5:30pm, with 1 in 4 Saturdays
