Job Title: Dedicated Relief Security Officer

PROception is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dedicated Relief Security Officer to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day security requirements at a strategically important site in London.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all visitors.
  • Anticipate and meet the needs of clients and visitors, ensuring their expectations are exceeded.
  • Be a visible and approachable security professional, engaging with visitors and clients.
  • Maintain a high level of security awareness and professionalism at all times.
  • Undertake patrols and inspections as instructed by management.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients using relevant communications equipment.
  • Ensure all health and safety policies are adhered to.
  • Prevent unauthorized access to prohibited areas.
  • Issue visitor passes using agreed processes and procedures.
  • Record any incidents accurately and promptly.
Requirements:
  • Professional, highly driven, and flexible individual.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with people at all levels.
  • Immaculate presentation and clear, concise communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and practice a high degree of professionalism.
  • Computer literate and good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to be vetted back 5 years or since leaving compulsory education.
  • Valid SIA license.
