Key Responsibilities:
- Support students in their learning and development, promoting a positive and structured learning atmosphere.
- Implement effective behaviour management strategies to ensure a safe and respectful environment.
- Assist teachers in delivering lessons and managing the classroom, providing one-on-one or small-group support to students as needed.
Requirements:
- Strong behaviour management skills and a flexible approach to work.
- Previous experience working with secondary-aged students is desirable but not essential.
- A genuine passion for education and supporting young people.
