Senior Manager of Internal Audit Services

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager of Internal Audit Services to join our dynamic team at RSM. This role is pivotal in ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of our internal audit processes across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of Internal Audit and Controls projects, ensuring compliance with RSM's high standards.
- Collaborate with Partners and Directors to deliver comprehensive audit solutions within established timelines and budgets.
- Conduct advanced audit assignments, ensuring thorough evaluation and documentation of internal controls.
- Review audit work to maintain quality and effectiveness, providing constructive feedback to team members.
- Develop initial audit strategies and project plans, ensuring alignment with client needs and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present audit reports to clients and Audit Committees, ensuring clarity and transparency in findings.
- Engage in client relationship management, identifying opportunities for additional services and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Support business development initiatives through networking and participation in industry events.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Qualifications:
- Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or IIA/CIA.
- Extensive experience in Internal Audit, with a strong understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
- Proficient in utilizing IT tools for audit processes, including data analytics and reporting software.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage teams and deliver exceptional client service.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly.
