Role Overview: As a Breakfast Cuisine Expert, you will take charge of the breakfast service, ensuring that all culinary standards are upheld for both the made-to-order menu and the breakfast buffet. You will be responsible for preparing all breakfast items for the next day and providing essential support to the kitchen team throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the breakfast service, managing a busy environment with confidence.
- Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast dishes to meet our high standards.
- Ensure the breakfast buffet is well-stocked and presented attractively.
- Assist with the preparation of staff meals and other kitchen duties as required.
Qualifications: While formal culinary education is not a prerequisite, a solid foundation in basic cooking skills is essential. We value commitment and organizational skills, as you will often work independently.
