About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Contract Personnel Limited. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying suitable candidates for our clients' needs and conducting initial screenings and interviews to assess their skills, experience, and fit for the role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify suitable candidates for our clients' needs through various channels, including job boards, social media, and our front office CRM system.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the role.
  • Find suitable assignments for our candidates by speaking with our current and prospect clients, calling clients, and introducing our services and candidates.
  • Work as part of a team to ensure we are maximizing on our candidates and clients' requirements.
  • Make introduction calls to our current and prospect clients, book meetings, and conduct daily check-ins to ensure a personal approach.
  • Use our bespoke CRM system daily to maximize on our current candidate and client pool.
Requirements
  • Strong verbal, communication, and administrative skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and pitch in when needed.
  • Previous experience in recruitment or a similar role is desirable but not essential.
  • A passion for helping others succeed and a hunger to be the best recruiter in the field.
  • Ability to own and drive a car is a benefit but not essential.
