The role of the Sales Consultant for Natural Stone and Porcelain Flooring encompasses:

Engaging in showroom sales, promoting a diverse selection of premium natural stone and porcelain flooring options to both retail and residential clients.

Assisting the showroom manager with various operational tasks.

Handling administrative duties including: responding to customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, processing transactions, organizing product samples for display, and following up on sales leads.

Establishing and nurturing relationships with clients.

Preparing and sending quotations, as well as following up on them.

Coordinating deliveries and offering post-sale support.

Maintaining and updating the internal CRM system with pertinent information to ensure accurate record-keeping.

Utilizing the customer database to reconnect with previous clients who have requested samples.

Meeting quarterly targets based on showroom performance and monthly sales volume.

The ideal candidate will possess:

Proven experience in sales and/or customer service.

A willingness to engage in administrative tasks and proficiency in Microsoft applications.

Familiarity with interior products such as wall and floor tiles, ceramic and porcelain tiles, luxury vinyl tiles, and natural stone is advantageous.

Openness to general kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom (KBB) experience.

Exceptional customer service skills and a high degree of organizational ability.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
