We are currently seeking a Customer Service Consultant for our automotive dealership.

Job Objective:

The primary goal is to uphold the highest standards in customer service and provide a welcoming and efficient reception, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for maintaining quality workmanship and advocating for the service 'Process Development Plan' while supporting ongoing process enhancements. Your actions will reflect our Purpose, Principles, and Ambition (PPA) in all interactions with colleagues, customers, and prospects.

We are looking for a seasoned Customer Service Consultant who can meet deadlines and manage sensitive and confidential information. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication skills and experience in a sales or customer service setting. We value individuals who demonstrate dedication, enthusiasm, and a commitment to contributing positively to the team and, most importantly, to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set the benchmark for customer care across a diverse clientele.
  • Facilitate the relationship between customers and the dealership.

Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Experience in administrative roles.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills, including experience in managing complaints.
  • Demonstrated customer-facing administrative experience.
  • Background in a sales or customer service environment.
  • Valid driving license held for a minimum of 6 months with fewer than 9 penalty points.
  • Proof of 'Right to work in the UK.'
