About the Role
The Supporting Education Group is seeking an experienced Apprenticeship Tutor to join our team. As an Apprenticeship Tutor, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality apprenticeship programs across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Delivery
- Develop and deliver apprenticeship programs that meet the needs of our learners and employers.
- Ensure that all programs are delivered to a high standard, meeting the requirements of the relevant awarding bodies.
- Learner Support
- Provide guidance and support to learners throughout their apprenticeship journey.
- Assess learner's performance in the workplace and provide feedback to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Employer Engagement
- Work closely with employers to ensure that their needs are met and that the apprenticeship programs are tailored to their requirements.
- Provide regular progress updates to employers and ensure that they are informed of any changes or issues that may affect the program.
- Administrative Tasks
- Maintain accurate records of learner progress and program delivery.
- Ensure that all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
- Qualifications
- Subject-specific industry qualifications at level 3 or above.
- Teaching, learning, and assessment qualification (e.g., Assessor Awards Certificate in Education).
- Experience
- Three years' experience as a school business manager or similar role in a school and/or academy.
- Five years' experience of working in an education, training, and development environment.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Competitive Salary
- £30,000 - £35,000 per annum.
