Your Role:

  • Develop and implement tailored support programs for clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify their needs and goals.
  • Assist clients in accessing essential resources and benefits.
  • Promote a positive and supportive environment within the life house.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Hold a Level 3 qualification in a related field or be willing to pursue one.
• Demonstrate understanding of common support needs for homeless individuals.
• Possess knowledge of the benefits system.
• Exhibit a positive attitude towards supporting vulnerable clients.
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team.
