Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team in Braintree, Essex. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals with complex needs, including mental health, forensic background, and challenging behaviors
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
  • Encourage and support individuals to engage in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being
  • Work collaboratively with the Core Team to develop and implement person-centred support plans
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to individuals, promoting their independence and autonomy

Requirements:

  • Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
  • High level of motivation and personal commitment
  • Good health and ability to carry out all expected care and daily living tasks
