Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Worker to join our team, providing personalized care and support to our clients in the Earls Colne, Halstead, Coggeshall, Braintree, Colchester, and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families, ensuring their needs are met and their dignity is respected.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to deliver comprehensive care plans, addressing the physical, emotional, and social needs of our clients.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development, enhancing your skills and knowledge to provide the best possible care.
  • Contribute to the growth and success of our team, sharing your expertise and experience to support the delivery of exceptional care.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in care work or a related field is desirable, but not essential.
