HR and Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled HR and Payroll Advisor to join our team at Trafalgar Scientific Ltd. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support and payroll management to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the organisation.
About the Role- Provide expert guidance on HR policies, payroll processes, and employee relations to support the organisation's strategic goals.
- Act as a key liaison between employees and management, ensuring compliance with UK employment laws and enhancing employee satisfaction.
- Manage payroll processing, including collating and preparing payroll data for HMRC.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide training and development opportunities to employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- CIPD Level 3 or higher.
- 2-3 years of experience in HR, payroll, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of UK employment law and HMRC regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
