Environmental Enforcement Officer

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Environmental Enforcement Officer to join our team at APCOA PARKING UK. As a key member of our environmental enforcement team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of environmental quality and compliance in our operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Respond to complaints regarding local environmental quality and anti-social behaviour
* Examine reports of littering, fly tipping, dog fouling, and other similar offences
* Ensure the correct number of Environmental Enforcement Officers are deployed as per agreed service levels and contractual conditions
* Review, monitor, supervise, and direct staff according to contract requirements
* Cascade information to all members of staff and maintain good communications throughout the contract

**Requirements**

* Good working knowledge of Excel and Word
* Experience of environmental enforcement and services
* Full clean driving licence (preferable)

As an Environmental Enforcement Officer, you will work closely with the Waste Management Manager and Environmental Health Manager to ensure the highest standards of environmental quality and compliance in our operations.
