We are seeking a highly organized and confident Reception Manager to join our team at a luxury hotel in Devon. As an ambassador for the hotel and brand, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes.
  • Act as a host and provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Maintain effective communication and working relationships with all hotel departments, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
  • Ensure that all hotel policies and procedures are followed, and that the front desk area is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years' experience as a Reception Manager or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • A natural team leader, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
