About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our luxury boutique hotel in Devon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the hotel's operations, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and administrative tasks.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching and training to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Monitor and control hotel expenses, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to drive revenue growth and develop new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role in a luxury boutique hotel.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong business acumen, with a focus on revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
