Technical Support Specialist

IP People is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join their team as a Field Engineer. This role will involve providing technical support to clients across the UK, primarily in the Leeds area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Travel to client sites to provide technical support and resolve service requests.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the engineering team to resolve client issues and take ownership of escalated tickets.
  • Utilize internal Service Desk systems and other required tools to manage client and internal systems.
  • Complete thorough documentation of client and internal systems to meet required standards.
  • Effectively manage time and resolve service requests within SLA requirements.

Requirements

  • Full UK driving license required.
  • Salary: £35-40k.
