About the Role

We Are With You is seeking a compassionate and motivated Social Worker to join our team as a National Safeguarding Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving a culture of cohesion within your team and ensuring that our services are delivered with respect, dignity, and compassion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of safeguarding professionals in the substance misuse arena, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest standards of care.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of our service users.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a cohesive approach to safeguarding across the organization.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in safeguarding, applying this knowledge to inform our services and policies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience of leadership within safeguarding services, ideally within the substance misuse arena.
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and service users.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality services that prioritize the needs and well-being of our service users.
