Business Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operational Manager to join our team at Alder Hey Children's NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and clerical services within Sefton CAMHS, working closely with the Service Manager, Assistant Service Manager, and Clinical Lead to ensure leadership to the administration and clerical teams is in line with the strategic direction of the clinical service lines.
Main Responsibilities- Responsible for the achievement of key finance and operational performance across administration and clerical teams.
- Be responsible for communication and engagement with staff across the administration and clerical teams, to support the development and promotion of the Trust vision and values widely within the service/care group.
- Manage multiple priorities to ensure key operational and performance indicators are met.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
- Previous knowledge and experience of managing and monitoring patients on an RTT pathway.
- Demonstrable experience within an administrative and clerical role, in a healthcare setting.
- Demonstrable experience at a supervisory level.
- Experience and evidence of managing change.
