Accounts Payable Clerk Job Description

Reed Accountancy & Finance is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone who is immediately available and can commit to a full-time position within the client's office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process invoices and manage payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Handle queries related to accounts payable and provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Collaborate with other finance team members to achieve financial goals.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in an Accounts Payable or similar finance officer role.
  • Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and procedures.
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
