Reed Accountancy & Finance is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk for a temporary position on behalf of our client based in Folkestone. This role is ideal for someone who is immediately available and can commit to a full-time position within our client's office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Invoice Processing: Process invoices and manage payments in a timely manner.
  • Supplier Reconciliation: Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Accounts Payable Queries: Handle queries related to accounts payable.
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other finance team members to ensure smooth financial operations.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience in an Accounts Payable or similar finance officer role.
  • Accounts Payable Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounts payable processes.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Location: Must be within commutable distance to Folkestone.
