As a Physiotherapy Professional Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of physiotherapists and supporting the development of safe, high-quality, patient-centered services. You will work closely with operational managers, other physiotherapy leads, and professional leaders to deliver our strategic objectives. Your leadership skills, combined with your clinical expertise, will inspire and motivate your team to achieve excellence.
We are looking for a motivated and inspiring leader who is passionate about quality improvement and has a strong track record of delivering results. If you are a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a commitment to excellence, we want to hear from you.
This is a permanent part-time post at 33.7 hours per week. Job-share applicants will be considered. A relocation package will be considered for the right candidate.
A current driving licence is essential for this role.
