We seek an experienced MSK physiotherapist to provide high-quality care to patients with acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. This involves accepting referrals from various sources, including GPs, FCPs, and healthcare professionals. The successful candidate must provide exceptional care, offering musculoskeletal assessment, diagnosis, and treatment advice.
Key responsibilities include:
- Participating in service development and contributing to the growth of the physiotherapy department.
- Providing clinical supervision, training, and delegation to junior physiotherapists, students, and assistants.
- Managing patient care as part of a multidisciplinary team, including GPs, occupational therapists, and specialist consultants.
- Active participation in clinical and service development, including regular training and quality improvement initiatives.
This role also offers the opportunity to work in the local cardiac rehabilitation service, supporting individuals in returning to or increasing physical activity, managing risk factors, and preserving optimal functioning.
This is a full-time fixed-term post with 37 hours to January 2026, to be worked in accordance with service requirements. Part-time hours may be considered. A driving licence is essential, and applicants should have access to their own vehicle for work purposes if required.
