We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join our small sales team at our UK headquarters in Rugby. As a Sales Administrator, you will be the first point of contact with customers, processing orders, answering product questions, and dealing with technical part numbers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and post invoices daily to customers
- Resolve general customer queries
- Maintain and develop the customer and prospect database
- Participate in the credit control process, recording payments received and chasing overdue payments
