About the Role:

As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our Commercial & Procurement operations within Scotland. You will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team, ensuring we deliver exceptional value to our clients while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Commercial & Procurement team in Scotland, aligning with AtkinsRéalis' overall business objectives.
  • Develop and implement robust procurement strategies that optimize cost, quality, and delivery timelines for projects across various sectors.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams, to ensure seamless collaboration and project success.
  • Lead contract negotiations and manage contractual relationships effectively, mitigating risks and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement best practices for procurement processes, driving continuous improvement and efficiency within the team.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence and professional growth.
