Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of up to three people, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients, ensuring effective commercial management and project delivery.
  • Provide commercial support to regional operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience of Quantity Surveying, with a strong background in commercial management.
  • MRICS Qualified (or CIOB) with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Direct involvement in reporting, including financial reporting and project updates.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Experience of working with multiple clients and stakeholders, with a strong understanding of commercial management principles.

Desirable:

  • Telco experience, with a strong understanding of the industry and its commercial requirements.
