Job Description

As a Commercial Training Developer at Hyundai, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that drive business results and enhance customer experience. Your primary focus will be on developing bespoke training solutions that meet the needs of our Retailer network, HMUK personnel, and partner providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement training programs that align with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Design and deliver training content, including video assets, to ensure effective knowledge transfer and measurement of learner understanding.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and affiliate partners to identify training needs and develop solutions that address these needs.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, providing robust and evidence-based reporting to stakeholders.
  • Actively promote training and development activities through communications strategy and engagement with Retailer and internal HMUK teams.
  • Seek feedback from Retailer and internal HMUK teams to identify areas for improvement and optimize training platforms and portals.

  • Ability to lead by example, with a customer-centric approach and attention to detail.
  • Drive and resilience to overcome resistance to change and deliver results.
