Our organization, Gaia Recruitment, is in search of qualified Nurses, Occupational Therapists, or Physiotherapists to join our team.
Daily Responsibilities
In this role, you will conduct assessments for up to four clients each day. Your responsibilities will include gathering clinical observations and conducting interviews to compile a comprehensive report. This report will be submitted to the relevant authorities for decision-making regarding client support. Your documentation will contribute to the evaluation of benefits such as Personal Independent Payments or Employment and Support Allowance.
Training and Development
Given the diverse clinical needs of our clients, you will receive exceptional training from our experienced clinical educators. This program is designed to equip you with the necessary skills to adapt your existing medical expertise to the requirements of this role.
The training period lasts approximately six months, during which you will receive compensation. This position will also support the maintenance of your professional registration, with assistance provided for revalidation.
Career Advancement
Upon successful completion of the training program, your professional development will continue. You will have access to ongoing Continuing Professional Development (CPD), with over 100 hours of protected CPD annually, as well as support for revalidation. Additionally, you will be paired with a clinical supervisor and have the opportunity to pursue a Diploma in Disability Assessment Medicine accredited by the Faculty of Occupational Medicine.
Candidate Requirements
We are seeking a Nurse, Occupational Therapist, or Physiotherapist with a minimum of one year of experience in patient-facing roles, dealing with a variety of clinical conditions. Proficiency in computer skills is advantageous, including typing skills with a minimum speed of 30 words per minute. The ideal candidate will possess strong literacy, attention to detail, and adaptable communication abilities.
