We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical/Forensic or Counselling Psychologist to join our integrated Mental Healthcare team at Gatwick IRC. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality care to patients with complex mental health needs, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical support and oversight to the Integrated Mental Health Team (IMHT) through training and guidance
  • Conduct psychological assessments and contribute to complex multi-disciplinary formulations
  • Deliver and oversee the delivery of 1:1 psychological interventions and group interventions as part of the Trauma Informed 'Making Sense' Programme
  • Develop and deliver training to healthcare and prison staff as required
  • Contribute to the development of audit, service evaluation, and research profile as appropriate

Requirements
  • Full HCPC registration
  • Proven post-qualification professional experience in Clinical/Forensic Psychology
  • Experience working with Forensic Mental Health patients and psychological trauma
  • Excellent communication skills and a team player

Although not essential, a PhD would be advantageous.
