Clinical Psychologist/CBT Therapist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist/CBT Therapist to join our team at Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a Senior Clinician, you will play a key role in mentoring and supervising the development of Early Mental Health Practitioners (EMHPs) in your team, building a culture of high-quality clinical practice.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Mentoring and supervising EMHPs to develop their clinical skills and knowledge
  • Building relationships with senior leaders in schools to provide regular case consultation, support, and advice
  • Leading on the development of clinical policies and procedures
  • Monitoring performance and outcomes, and making recommendations for improvement
  • Providing culturally sensitive support and supervision to staff

We are looking for a motivated and forward-thinking clinician who is flexible and able to work effectively with partners in education, multi-agency partners, children, young people, and their families.
