We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical/Forensic or Counselling Psychologist to join our integrated Mental Healthcare team at Gatwick IRC. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality care to patients with complex mental health needs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Offer clinical support and oversight to the Integrated Mental Health Team (IMHT) through training and guidance.
  • Conduct psychological assessments and contribute to complex multi-disciplinary formulations.
  • Deliver and oversee the delivery of 1:1 psychological interventions and group interventions as part of the Trauma Informed 'Making Sense' Programme.
  • Provide teaching and training to healthcare and prison staff as required.
  • Contribute to the development of audit, service evaluation, and research profile as appropriate.

Requirements
  • Full HCPC registration.
  • Proven post-qualification professional experience in Clinical/Forensic Psychology.
  • Experience working with Forensic Mental Health patients.
  • Experience working with psychological Trauma.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Team Player.

Although not essential, applicants with a PhD would be advantageous.

We offer a competitive salary of up to £60,000 per annum FTE, depending on experience.
