We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical/Forensic or Counselling Psychologist to join our integrated Mental Healthcare team at Gatwick IRC. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality care to patients with complex mental health needs.
Main Responsibilities- Offer clinical support and oversight to the Integrated Mental Health Team (IMHT) through training and guidance.
- Conduct psychological assessments and contribute to complex multi-disciplinary formulations.
- Deliver and oversee the delivery of 1:1 psychological interventions and group interventions as part of the Trauma Informed 'Making Sense' Programme.
- Provide teaching and training to healthcare and prison staff as required.
- Contribute to the development of audit, service evaluation, and research profile as appropriate.

Requirements- Full HCPC registration.
- Proven post-qualification professional experience in Clinical/Forensic Psychology.
- Experience working with Forensic Mental Health patients.
- Experience working with psychological Trauma.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Team Player.
Although not essential, applicants with a PhD would be advantageous.

We offer a competitive salary of up to £60,000 per annum FTE, depending on experience.
