About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Land Manager to join our team at Vistry Group PLC. As a key member of our land acquisition team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing land opportunities to meet our business requirements and expansion plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify suitable land opportunities on and off market for immediate and longer-term development.
  • Negotiate legal agreements with landowners and agents.
  • Procure technical, legal, and development information to instruct internal and external parties.
  • Prepare and submit Land Approval Packs and obtain authority to acquire sites.
  • Business development to promote the company in the residential and property development sector.
  • Manage the offer process and provide support to the Land Director and Managing Director.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the land market and planning authorities.
  • Excellent negotiation and networking skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Discretion and integrity in attitude and approach.
