Senior Land Manager Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Land Manager to join our team at Vistry Eastern Counties. As a key member of our Land and Planning department, you will be responsible for identifying and securing land opportunities to support the company's growth and expansion plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and acquire land opportunities that meet the company's requirements
  • Instruct consultants and development teams on legal, planning, development, and commercial constraints
  • Develop and implement strategies to secure land deals
