Key Responsibilities
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the UK Client Service Team, a segment of our broader Operations department. The Client Relations Specialist (CRS) is responsible for ensuring exceptional levels of client satisfaction through adept process management, meticulous planning and execution, and proactive communication.
This role is cross-functional, collaborating closely with various internal teams while serving as the primary contact for the assigned client portfolio. The CRS will play a crucial role in delivering precise client data punctually and to the high standards defined by Circana. To achieve this, they will pursue continuous improvement and strive for best-in-class service throughout the data production and delivery process.
The Client Relations Specialist position serves as an excellent entry-level opportunity, providing broad exposure to numerous facets of the client delivery process. Responsibilities Include:
- Delivering and managing exceptional client service to uphold high levels of client satisfaction.
- Updating and providing databases and reports to clients within established deadlines, which will involve coordination and collaboration with broader Circana teams.
- Conducting quality control checks to guarantee the high quality and accuracy of client deliverables.
- Establishing strong relationships with clients through regular engagement via email and scheduled meetings, serving as their initial point of contact for all inquiries.
- Expanding product and industry knowledge to support colleagues and deliver the best possible client service.
- Networking and collaborating with other Circana teams to cultivate strong client-focused relationships.
- Contributing to internal client solution review meetings.
