Position Overview

This role involves a temporary engagement with potential for extension, offering a competitive rate through Umbrella arrangements. The position is fully remote and is in collaboration with one of Lorien's esteemed banking partners.

We are seeking a skilled Unix professional to assist within our Payments sector, focusing on executing approximately 70 leap upgrades from RHEL 7.9 to RHEL 8.8.

Required Expertise:
  • RHEL Experience: Proficiency in Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
  • Leap Familiarity: Understanding of the leap upgrade process.
  • Puppet Knowledge: Experience with Puppet, as the leap plan utilizes Puppet Bolt.
  • ServiceNow Proficiency: Familiarity with ServiceNow for incident management.
