Technical AV Project Manager for Zoom Rooms

About the Role

The Technical AV Project Manager will be responsible for the overall delivery of Professional Service's solution for Zoom Rooms. This includes managing the implementation plans, coordinating with AV Project Managers, Design and Implementation Consultants, AV Installers and monitoring agents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Experience with AV/ProAV deployment for Video, Web and Audio Conferencing
  • Experience working in a Professional Services organization as a Project Manager
  • Experience and knowledge of software, hardware, DSP and controls in conference rooms
  • Experience with Cisco, Polycom or similar video infrastructure
  • Ability to onboard partners and contractors, interface with multiple customers on a daily basis
  • Experience managing multiple technical projects and teams simultaneously to deliver on time and on budget deliverables
