Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled AV Support Specialist to join our team as an On Site AV Technician. This is a key support role that requires a good all-round knowledge of commercial audio visual conferencing equipment and IT systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out regular in-room system checks to ensure the functionality of all rooms and AV facilities.
- Providing AV technical support to users via telephone, in-person visits, or email.
- Fault finding, diagnosis, and resolution of problems with AV systems.
- Managing regular software patching and updating of AV equipment.
- User support for important meetings, including setting up conference calls and managing presentations.
- Liaising with technical support teams on any AV issues that cannot be resolved.
Requirements
- Experience in an AV/IT support role within a corporate or government environment.
- Technical aptitude and interest in solving AV and IT-related issues.
- Confident manner and smart appearance with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
- Knowledge of Google Meet, Teams, or Zoom is an advantage, but training can be provided.
- Proactive, can-do, helpful attitude with ability to plan and manage your own workload and multiple tasks.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work in a logical manner with effective time management and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and comprehend technical documents, including system schematics.
- Eligibility to work in the EU.
