We are seeking a Governance Clerk to provide a high-quality clerking service across our schools. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our governance team and contribute to the effective functioning of our schools.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver a clerking service that meets the needs of our schools and governance committees
- Prepare and distribute meeting papers, agendas, and minutes
- Provide administrative support to governance committees and working groups
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with school leaders, governors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with governance policies and procedures
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience of minute-taking and governance administration
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexibly and manage competing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Knowledge of governance policies and procedures
