We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Engineer to join our Industrial Refrigeration team at Johnson Controls International. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building long-term customer relationships in the IREF industry.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and pursue large-scale sales opportunities across our core business
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with end-users, FMs, and contractors
* Utilize company-defined sales processes and tools to increase revenue
* Manage complex bids and facilitate collaboration with internal teams and support functions
* Provide expert solutions for chillers, heat pumps, and HVAC products and applications
* Develop and communicate growth initiatives with the guidance of the Sales Manager

Requirements

* Relevant experience in the IREF industry with a focus on chillers, heat pumps, and HVAC products
* Proven track record of selling service maintenance contracts
* Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to inspire and influence internally and externally
* Commercially astute and able to analyze customer needs
