Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to respective teams, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Process and monitor payment of invoices, maintaining accurate records and adhering to financial protocols.
  • Support the HR Helpdesk, responding to queries from employees, managers, and contractors, and escalating complex issues to the line manager.
  • Log and track queries from inbound calls, face-to-face drop-in support requests, and capture key enquiry details for accurate reporting and trend analysis.
  • Prepare documents related to employee onboarding, offboarding, and career development, ensuring compliance with established processes.
  • Administer the vetting and screening process for employees, adhering to business standards and protocols.
Requirements
  • HR education and sound knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
