Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the Reception area is clean, tidy, and welcoming to all visitors and occupiers.
  • Be presentable at all times and maintain a courteous, professional, and helpful nature.
  • Carry out daily duties outlined by your Building Manager/Supervisor and Line Manager.
  • Adhere to all procedures and operating standards of work in place at the property.
  • Establish a professional working relationship with all colleagues, occupiers, and visitors within the property.
  • Meet and greet all visitors reporting to the reception desk and maintain an accurate log of all visitors' records.
  • Provide assistance and direction to visitors and notify occupiers and hosts in line with their preferred procedure.
  • Maintain a professional manner when communicating via telephone and emails.
  • Deal with all queries on site efficiently and professionally, and appropriately direct queries to the relevant person(s) for action.
  • Maintain good working knowledge of the property systems and procedures to enable you to provide support during team members' absences.
  • Assist colleagues, occupiers, and visitors in the event of an emergency, keeping in line with your level of agreed responsibility.
  • Drive the tenant offers/engagement on Cureocity.
  • Be mindful that you are representing the property, Savills, and the landlord at all times and maintain a high standard of representation.
  • Strive to be your best self with the result of job progression.
  • Become a vital part of the property team and maintain our property's one team ethos.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • General Education to GCSE standard or equivalent standard.
  • Reliable, helpful, and well-presented.
  • Team player with strong customer service skills, able to provide a helpful and polite service.
  • Pleasant telephone manner and efficiency in relaying messages and taking instructions.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to deal with confidential information.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Careful and conscientious with an aptitude for attention to detail.
  • Willingness and ability to learn on the job, keen to undertake training and career development.
  • A positive attitude, and a visible passion for customer services.
