Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Kairos Recruitment. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing creative projects, providing exceptional service to clients, and working closely with internal production departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage creative projects from brief to production to launch, ensuring they exceed client expectations on time and budget.
- Be the main point of contact for a list of clients, providing an exceptional service and dealing with client queries.
- Liaise with internal production departments on a daily basis, overseeing projects and providing accurate quotations for packaging and commercial printing.
- Create creative written briefs and advise on and shape client briefs, cardboard engineering, and organizing mock-ups in support of client requests.
- Assist company Directors with sales relationships and have experience of using Tharstern MIS or similar systems.
Requirements:
- Preferably from the Packaging Industry with strong project and time management skills.
- Ability to draft up a creative brief from information provided and have excellent organizational, written, spoken, and time management skills.
- Experience of print process would be preferable.
