SWD Bespoke is a reputable family-business with a strong reputation. We are seeking to appoint an experienced Estimator to join the sales team.

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our internal sales team to handle enquiries and generate quotations for homeowners, quantity surveyors, developers and interior designers.

This position offers a fantastic opportunity for growth and development within a fast-growing company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create quotations using our in-house estimating system (FileMaker)
- Review floor plans and door schedules to generate quotes
- Carefully inspect tender documents and identify the products we can supply
- Provide accurate quotes for the sales team to send their clients
- Work with the finance team to check pricing before sending quotes
- Add Deals to HubSpot for the quotes you have created and assign to the relevant Account Manager
- Request quotes from suppliers to ensure we are quoting current prices
- Chase up clients and suppliers for information/queries
- Provide outstanding customer service and product knowledge to customers
- Meet with clients in showroom/Zoom if the Account Manager is unavailable
- Assist with admin duties as required

**Key Skills Required**:

- Experience in the construction/ joinery/ interior industry is a necessity in order to understand drawings and documentation
- Very organised with very high attention to detail
- Smart presentation, suitable for a high-end showroom environment
- Good computer skills including experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

We are open to both full-time and part-time positions for this role. The full-time working hours are Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:30, but we do offer flexi-hours of 08:30 - 17:00 also.

Salary dependant on experience.

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£36,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
