About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our team. As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for managing communications, schedules, and various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Screen and direct phone calls, distribute correspondence, and respond to queries
  • Manage executives' calendars, schedule meetings, and appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Ensure all commitments are met and conflicts are resolved proactively
  • Coordinate logistics for travel and events, including booking accommodations and managing itineraries
  • Organize conferences, workshops, seminars, and other events, overseeing all logistical aspects
  • Take detailed meeting notes, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed
  • Send regular communications to staff regarding upcoming events, business updates, and milestones
Requirements
