About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled User Acceptance Testing Analyst to join our team at Edenred Payment Solutions. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality in our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Validation and Testing: Conduct thorough validation and testing of new and changed products on our testing environments to ensure they meet customer requirements.
  • Requirements Review and Test Planning: Review requirements and create test plans to ensure that our products meet customer needs.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and quality.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve issues resulting from internal system integration testing, working closely with internal teams and project managers.
  • Client Support: Provide direct support to clients during their formal user acceptance testing period, assisting with issue reproduction and resolution.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of delivered product changes and work effectively with internal teams to ensure consistency.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: A working understanding of SQL, basic understanding of UNIX commands, and technical background/testing experience.
  • Testing Experience: Experience in creating test plans, manual testing, and understanding technical information quickly.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with good interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Great organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail.
Desirable Skills
  • Support Experience: Experience in a support role.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the card payments industry.
  • JIRA Experience: Experience with JIRA.
