Job Title: IT Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team at Bluetownonline. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to shape and lead projects that deliver IT based solutions for our students and staff. The ideal candidate will have a Degree and/or equivalent professional current project management certification, a sound knowledge of IT and emerging technologies, strong interpersonal and leadership skills, and experience working in large organisations managing change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver complex technical projects to both a technical and non-technical audience
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinate and lead project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and vendors

Requirements:

  • Degree and/or equivalent professional current project management certification
  • Sound knowledge of IT and emerging technologies
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Experience working in large organisations managing change
