We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Contact Centre Team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our students and employees, handling a variety of queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer service to students and employees via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Respond to and resolve customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve service level agreements and key performance indicators
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the development of processes and procedures to improve customer service and efficiency

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to remain patient, calm, and solutions-focused during challenging interactions
  • Ability to work as part of a rota, including evenings and weekends
  • Confidence in speaking with people over the phone and providing clear and articulate telephone manner
