About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Investment Analyst to join our Property team at Resonance, a leading social impact investment fund manager. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and acquiring suitable properties to support our mission of transforming the relationship between private investment and social good.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and evaluate potential properties to purchase, in line with our agreed criteria
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our housing providers, estate agents, solicitors, developers, and other property suppliers
  • Work collaboratively with our Property Acquisitions, Development & Management teams, Fund Management team, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and successful property acquisitions
  • Use our IT systems to record properties and reasons for purchase, and undertake ad-hoc research and analysis to inform our property strategy
  • Support the conveyancing process to ensure timely property completion
What You'll Need
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume property acquisition environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools, with the ability to learn new tools quickly
