About the Role

Nano Fibre UK is seeking a skilled Fibre Broadband Installation Specialist to join our team in the Birmingham area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining fibre broadband infrastructure in residential areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain fibre broadband infrastructure in residential areas
  • Work with our team to deliver excellent customer service and meet our service level agreements
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve technical issues and improve our fibre broadband installation process
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest fibre broadband technologies and best practices
  • Work irregular hours and overtime as required to meet our customer service targets
Requirements
  • Experience in fibre broadband installation and maintenance
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of fibre broadband technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid UK driver's license
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
