About the Role

Nano Fibre UK is seeking a skilled Fibre Broadband Installation Specialist to join our team in the Birmingham area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining fibre broadband infrastructure in homes across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain fibre broadband infrastructure in homes and businesses
  • Work with our team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet our service level agreements
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve technical issues and improve our fibre broadband installation processes
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest fibre broadband technologies and best practices
  • Travel to different locations within the UK as required, with accommodation provided when necessary
Requirements
  • Experience in fibre broadband installation and maintenance, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences for our customers
  • Ability to work irregular hours and overtime as required, with a valid UK driver's license
  • Medical fitness to perform physical tasks, including climbing poles
